                  G30 G60 激光干涉儀通光口徑為Φ30mm,Φ60mm,儀器具備良好的隔振性能。用于平面檢測(cè)（透過(guò)、反射），標(biāo)準(zhǔn)鏡頭有F0.6, F0.7,F1.0, F1.4, F2.0, F2.8, F5.6,可定制其他F數(shù)的鏡頭；也可選配平面標(biāo)準(zhǔn)鏡及相關(guān)治具測(cè)量平面鏡。
